Wingstop

I would like to start this post with this was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant in my life. What a complete disaster. Let me tell you what happened. I ordered 30 wings 10 lemon pepper drums and 20 mild light sauce flats. Spent 40-50 dollars sat down and we got the order my wings were sopping wet and drums and flats. Completely not what or how I ordered them. The employee tells me she is sorry and tells a manager that the food is wrong. The manager has got a look of disgust on her face. She proceeded to tell the employee to charge me 5.00 for flats only which I pay. Finally the wings came back out again drenched in sauce. I proceeded to explain how this has gone completely wrong and was told nothing would be done. I walked out eating nothing and fuming. 3 managers on duty and not one would speak with my wife after I walked out. What a shame that a franchise owner would entrust his business with employees who had complete disregard for people. I will now escalate this

what should’ve taken taken 15-20 min took a whole hour to fulfill my order. all i got was a 6 piece combo and a cup of water . then when i asked for a update i got no answer, other than an employee yelling that corporate “messed everyone’s orders up” . the (general i’m assuming) manager was in the lobby and didn’t notice everyone had been waiting for so long, disappointed but not surprised coming from wing stop .

Was cooked crispy the way I asked. Except the mild sauce/seasoning was on the adult wings order and the hot was on the kids boneless order. Good crew, very helpful. Corrections were made and I walked away happy. Kid-friendliness: Plenty of tables to seat a big family. Boys enjoyed the Airplane motif through out dinning area.
