Hadn't been here in a while but the food was great last night. The only problem the employees need to be trained customer service was terrible
My complete order was wrong after they canceled my order for tenders and replaced with boneless wings. No dipping sauce, no sodas and the wrong flavored wings. Mac and cheese bites which were never ordered. Seems they brought out whatever they had left and charged me $78 for food I didn’t order. Terrible place! Terrible service! Called and they were rude and refused to correct the order. If I could score lower than 1, then I definitely would because they don’t deserve to continue operating. Shut this place DOWN!!!
I called the place an order and they answered the phone immediately put me on hold and then I answered the phone and they told me that I had to pay over the phone that I could not pay when I get there to pick up the order and the guy is yelling and fussing in the background because he didn’t hang up the phone and I heard him upset about me calling! Lost my service!!
