Been coming Here for years. Amazing service, Amazing food, everything all good. Today had one of the lowest. IQ cashier's ever argue with me over one of the silliest things ever! A sauce! Literally lip for lip. His gestures were completely unnecessary and i happily let him know. The manager came out, told the employee to stay in back, the employee followed and continued his nonsense. The manager just stayed frozen. I'm in the industry & when I come out or one of my managers, we de-escalate. If one of my employees ever came out and talked loud to a customer I'd dismiss them on the spot. Hence first issue in over 10 years at this location. This location needs more training.

Went to this location yesterday. No one was in the lobby so I lightly said hello! Rachel came out of the restroom and immediately went straight to the register and asked my name. I asked her did she wash her hands and she said no she didn’t have time. That is the most disgusting thing I have ever heard. She is supposed to be the manager if that’s how the manager operates imagine how the rest of the employees are. I definitely called corporate. The online system was dow so I called. Told I for thewait but could not help me and fealtrcannot get any online deals and she proceed to take a call from a friend and told me to hang on. Then she said sorry for the wait. Really wanted pizza but not sure those people. Are the ones I want to order from
