Wing Hong Restaurant

One bite and I'm hooked. I'm only here for a week but I know I'll be back. I got mooshu beef. Correction I got a huge container of moo shu beef, with pancake and plum sauce. Two Massive egg rolls. Crab raggons. Sweet and sour sauce all for $23 and that included a tip. And let me tell you I think it's the best Chinese food I have ever had. Made hot and fresh. Unfortunately it's only take out at the moment but it didn't take 15 minutes to get my order. Call a ahead. Don't go crazy the dinner portion is enough for 2 or 3 people.

My family has been coming here for three generations. I've orders here 3 times in the last few months. I hate to say it, but, this isn't the same Wing Hong I've enjoyed for years. I believe they have changed management. My last few visits haven't been the greatest. I noticed the prices here have gone up and when you order dinner it no longer includes fortune cookies, which are now extra. Don't bother ordering them, I have, the last 2 orders I've placed, and they've been forgotten. The food isn't the same either. Just not as good as it used to be. Moving to Empress Garden.

This restaurant was a surprising find where we didn’t expect to discover such a gem. We went to try their dim sum which is new on the menu. Prices were similar to other dim sum restaurants in Metro Detroit. The quality of the food was equal or better. Service was good. The ladies were very attentive. Cleanliness can be improved as the tabletops had visible oily streaks. Nevertheless, we had an enjoyable lunch there and will be back.
