AMAZING!! What a great Asian restaurant. I stopped in here while traveling in Franklin based on a friend’s recommendation, and he was spot on. Super cool, non-pretentious Asian fusion place with open seating and lots of daylight. Zach did a magnificent job serving me and making recommendations. I had the tempura fish tacos and tempura vegetables and they both were magnificent!! The tacos had a great sauce and the fish was lightly battered. The vegetables though were incredible. I’ve never had vegetables fixed this way. Broccoli, carrots, and zucchini with a sweet and sour sauce. And I almost forgot the Asian slaw that came with it. Wow! Incredible ginger flavor with cabbage and carrots. Very good. Don’t skip the slaw! The place was super clean and the staff was very friendly.
We were able to walk in for a weekday lunch. Food was delicious. The fries left a bit to be desired when it came to the seasoning but the other Asian-fusion dishes were absolutely delicious. I wish that they would have chopped the peppers and onions a little smaller. The pieces were so big it threw off the mouth feel of an almost perfectly cooked and balanced/seasoned dish. The atmosphere was very comfortable and the service was fantastic.
Waiting on vehicle service in Cool Springs, this restaurant just a few 100ft away, Asian Fusion it was. Excited for the menu , it all sounded amazing. We both indulged in ONE adult beverage. My husband enjoyed an amazing Sushi roll and I excited for my Hot Honey chicken, the portion was pleasing. I had requested no white rice and was brought that anyway. The slaw looked yummy until my 1st bite found a pepper w/ the barcode label on it in my dish!! I picked out, placed it on the side of the plate and when the waiter approached. I pointed it out. His response was "at least it's from Mexico and not China ????. I had to ask for a replacement slaw that was brought to me on a saucer with dressing on the side. I was quickly losing my appeal for this recommended lunch spot. The waiter was very aloof, not a manager to address our concerns and an $80+ "lunch tab" left us underwhelmed to return!
