There is a noticeable trend of slip ups here. It's not consistent enough to say something on a 1 - 10 scale, but if you go through the druve thru and they mess up, remember the voice of you go back, there are two cashiers to my knowledge that have the highest tendency of messing up orders. One example is when I ordered two plain hotdogs, paid a bit more than was expecting, and got two krautdogs. I got what I paid for, but what I paid for is not what I asked for, and thankfully the company and franchise holder were willing to remedy this. Another example, I ordered one seasonal lemonade dipped cone, an item that's been around for maybe two months, the cashier asked to confirm if I wanted chocolate dipped cone. I repeated my self, a lemonade dipped cone, and it felt like the cashier was looking through the menu for a second to figure out what I meant. Very poor one of the employees taking our order in the Drive thru and said give me a moment and it took 10 or more minutes. Honistly we wanted to buy some icecream and literally they wont took our order because we had to wait for so long. I hate the way your employees are you ahould tell your employees to work hard because they are not. Worst experience ever you should choose your employees wisely.
