Beautiful interior design. i couldn't stop taking photos. I stayed at The Sinclair, Autograph Collection hotel so I had a breakfast here. Food were look so delicious but they were so so. Especially, the breakfast menu was not my cup of tea. Maybe I had to try steak since the main menu of this restaurant is steak. Staff was nice.
The restaurant is nice but the food is not at the expected level for the price. I have put 2 stars : one for the vibe, decoration and one for the service & cocktails. The menu is attractive, the place feels modern. But the execution isn't there. I took the dry aged ribeye, Mac&cheese, creamy spinach. It was definitely aged, probably too much. More around 120 days than 45. The taste was strong to the point it wasn't good at all and the edges were really dry and not trimmed. The sides were just okay and far from what you can get in a regular steak house. I can certainly make a better Mac&cheese myself. We tried a desert and went safe with a house Sundae : disappointment. The sundae got out of the freezer directly to our table. The ice cream was put in the cup quite a while ago and came as hard as rock with the frozen glass coupe. All in all: Good location, probably some hype. Do not come for the food, there are a number of steak options around the block.
We very much enjoyed this place. Right in central Fort Worth and conveniently across the street from our hotel. We sat at the bar and really enjoyed the vibe, and the decor was modern and upscale. The servers were kind and helpful, and the food was delicious. We perhaps got too much of it but that was a good problem to have. I got the bone-in ribeye and absolutely loved it. Great cut of meat and cooked very nicely. The Mac and cheese was pretty standard but just what I wanted. The creme brulee corn was also very delicious and a nice accompaniment to the rest, though I saved it until the end because it was quite sweet (but not overly so). I didn't eat the mushrooms but my friend said he enjoyed them. Would definitely go here again.
