I was in town for a conference and looking for a place to get food because the restaurant in the hotel didn't open until 5pm. I asked about locations to get a meal. The hotel shuttle took me to "Whole Hog Cafe". The ribs, pulled pork sandwich and the BBQ combo dinner was off the chain. The BBQ sauces were exquisite. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Next time I am in that area, I know where we're able to get the best BBQ in town. Parking: Plenty of parking at this facility Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair access too
I ordered the BBQ nachos with brisket. The portion size was good for the price(11.99) but the food was not great. My brisket as well as the cheese on my nachos we're luke warm, closer to room temperature than hot. Service was quick and the portion is the reason for the stars I did give.
This is some of the best BBQ I have ever had in my life. There is a reason this place has so many BBQ championships. I had the full rack of ribs that was absolutely perfect, meat slid effortlessly off the bone. Their homemade bbq sauce is so fire. I will probably come back tomorrow, its that good.
