White Cottage Pizza-Italian Restaurant

Haven't been here in a while. Waitress mentioned place will be remodeled soon. Very run down and outdated, but we came for the food, and we were not disappointed. They start you out with warm bread and provide the olive and cheese. Our appetizer was scrimp scampi, which was the star. It was a generous portion. My husband had bacon and garlic pizza, which he liked. I got the salmon with spinach. I had a glass of wine. Overall a very nice meal, good service, and reasonable prices. Every table was taken when we left. I'll be looking forward to the remodeling, it's nice to have a nice surrounding when having a nice meal.

Horrible customer service! They messed up my order and when I called to let them know the lady, Maria, was super rude and aggressive and said that she cannot do anything about it and that the manager will call me and talk to me. Never received a phone call. We paid almost $100 for this order and Maria didn’t even apologized once. She was very aggressive verbally and told me I don’t understand and I do not listen. I will never order that place again and will never recommend it to anyone!

Disappointing. Shady 1) Refused to honor their own $6 coupon I presented the cashier working the evening of August 9, 2022. She simply took it from me, tossed it below the counter, and went right ahead and rang up the total prior to coupon discount. Felt like I was interrupting her just being there. When I gently pointed out her error, she said, "too late, I already ran your card." She then asked what the coupon was for. She then proceeded to rifle through her bin and tried to give me someone else's coupon (because she never looked at it to begin with) - ugh. Then she gave me mine back. The "make good" was that she provided me another menu with expired coupons. LOL! Check out my photo. 2) Rude. Not a single car in the lot this evening. I pulled in, walked in and stood at the unattended counter. Two people (who work there?) are literally standing silently behind the counter at computer terminals typing like they were working on data entry. They looked up, didn't speak and kept on typing
