Took over an hour to get an order for doordash. If it's too much work to complete 10 orders in 1 hour I would suggest closing early, most of the workers seemed to be standing around with no sense of urgency. Literally took almost an hour an a half for 12 cars ahead of me to get through the drive through. I will no longer doordash for any white castle again.
The chicken rings were good, the sliders were disappointing. My 5 yr old didn't care for his burger slider much. Also they didn't put any sauce on it. No ketchup Mustard etc. The sausage egg and cheese slider was ok. Probably won't get anything there but the chicken rings in the future if the kids want them.
The new AI drive thru assistant, while polite, has a long way to go in getting orders correct. Wasted time just to do order again with a human. I use Google home in my house and can tell you I wouldn't trust this to run my business, at least yet.
