White Castle

A year ago was there was so much happening at that time I didn't give 5 star reviews for this White Castle's Oak Park Greenfield location. Today is a new day I visited this White Castle's last night September 8, 2023 I chose too go inside the customer service great the food I ordered hot. The inside of the restaurant clean and inviting atmosphere comfortable worker's talking laughing and paying attention to their orders from us customers inside and the long line of cars in the drive thru reasonably moving fast. I commend this crew job well done and I'll definitely be back inside when ordering the politeness of these young hard working people with a smile made my night absolutely professional. Thank's night crew job's well done by all of you. Team work ????????

The bottom buns on my burgers were soggy. My fries and shake were great. The bun situation was disappointing, The buns were so soggy that I had to pry them out the box to eat them. I fought with two of the and gave the other two away. The service was excellent. If I go there again I will get the chicken ring, I may have better luck with them.
