Very busy place. The car in front of us was taking a long time and the staff had our food ready when we pulled up to pay. Now that great customer service. And she did it with a ???? ????.
For some reason always seems like this location is short staffed. Ordered thru the app for earliest time they had available. I only live couple minutes away and therefore left at the time it was supposed to be ready. Arrived inside and waited my turn to say I was here for an app order. The gentleman was good and courteous and found the order. However, it wasn't even started. He said he would take care of it, and he did, he went and made the entire order. But the tine was still about 20 minutes later than it was supposed to be ready. They need more employees, or a proper staffing schedule. Next time, I am going to try to give them 20-30 minutes before i come to pick it up and I hope it will be ready with that length of tine given.
Roof leaking. Construction where they cook the burgers for drive thru UNSAFE to the point I had to report it
