Got off the expressway and stopped at this White Castle. Waited 14 minutes in the line for the drive thru with one or two cars in front of me. Left without them taking my order because it was so slow. I understand a few minutes but more than 10 minutes to just have my order taken is too long.

This location is RIDICULOUS!! Orders wrong or old. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo and chicken rings. No sauce given and my burger was missing a top bun, not to mention the order sat up so long the bottom bun almost completely dissolved. I didn’t even know that was possible. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Any place that can do this needs to be trained or something.

Its funny that I live way North, but this is the only WC franchise i support. The service is fast and friendly and although the drive through is ALWAYS packed the wait is NEVER long.
