I understand that why I don’t go to Fast food location as much, customer service was ok, beside the lady at the drive thru needed a hearing aid. No impossible slide so I tried the veggie slider, that was the worst food I ever tasted! I’m a vegetarian and I can get better veggie burger from Walmart! Ordered a shake nope closed the shake machine, had to get a soda which I rarely drink! I had a sweet tooth! I doubt if I even go to WC again this the 2nd one since I moved back to STL to disappoint me
First time ever at a white castle - got cheeseburger sliders and bacon ranch chicken sliders. They were good, but nothing special to write home about. Now I can say I've been.
Always has a super long line. Short staffed. Very rude service and ghetto over the intercom. I came in from out of town because I'm from St. Louis but live out of state and wanted white castle but was given over cooked fish and cold sliders. Fries where cold and stiff. I do not recommend. Also watch a man get robbed in the next parking lot over.
