30 minute wait at 7am got my order and it was wrong had to get back on line behind 3 cars and wait again, awful awful awful awful, also bun hard on cheeseburger. Got my second order and it was wrong so i just settled and left. Bad service entirely
(Sept 30th , 10:00) was wanting White Castle for lunch on my break Waited 40 mins in line for my food just to get to the window and was told they didn’t have change for a 50… yall are a 24 hrs but have no change ? It was 7 cars before me… why didn’t you inform me at the speaker ? I’m sure you was well aware you didn’t have money in the drawer wasted my time ! ????????♂️ I’m sure she had change because she asked for 6cents my order was 12.06 when I said I didn’t have it all of a sudden there wasn’t any money in the drawer
Just left I ordered 2 cheese burgers and 2 1921 ghost burgers still got 4 cheeseburgers, they said you got ghost burgers which usually have lettuce tomatoes and pickle I didn't get that I got 2 regular cheeseburgers with no lettuce and tomatoes and pickles, but they still charged me $2.24 each I will never come there again Ferndale store on Woodward between 8 and 9 mile.
