White Castle

The quality of the fish is terrible. It's Fried too hard. And the fish is very thin and cost too much. It's not worth the price. I ask the second time not to fried them too hard,,, but then they were Not done (cook enough). I will not go back there.

I ordered using the mobile app at this location at 2:55pm and was told to pick up my order at 3:09pm. When I arrived & let the young lady know that I was there for a mobile order pickup she told me to pull ahead, I did just that only for her to say “$26.15”. $26.15 for what I paid online my order was actually $26.86. Well she said it wasn’t paid for. She went and got the rudest so called manager to handle the situation, & let’s just say that didn’t go well. He’s telling me I don’t know what to tell you, you didn’t pay. I showed him in the app, I showed the email confirmation, I even went as far as to show my bank account. He did not care. So I asked can he contact someone above him, because I wasn’t leaving without either my food or my money. On top of it all, I guess I’d have to call this place a circus and the manager was the ringmaster because the clowns (employees)in the back were just as rude screaming “F her, she ain’t paid don’t give her sh”????Only after going back and forth f

I'm sorry I hate to do this but the last two times I picked up grubhub orders, there were so many flies in the lobby and behind the counter. The clerk had to shoo two flies away when handing me the order. I used to get food here through the drive thru but since working for grubhub and having to go inside I never eat here anymore.
