Use to like this one. Called to complain. Person on phone claims to be a manager. Very unpleasant. I will find another white castle with better customer service.
Ordered online. Was easy. One car in line but not long line. Burgers were finally nice and juicy with lots of onions. HOWEVER, I asked for no pickles and of course burgers had extra pickles. Receipt even showed no pickles on the order.
As White Castles go, it's on par with most, but ya GOTTA try that 1921 burger. I hope they keep it on the menu. By far the best "novelty " item they've had. Ever.
