Don't ever go to this location again. I ordered medium fish niblers and I got a small friggin box which is the size of a slider. The same goes for my chicken rings. Poor customer service and shady as hell. I would rate negative infinity if possible. I'm also deleting the white castle app. No mote white castle for the rest of my life.
Good is great the employees are friendly but it always and I mean every tine it takes FOREVER . They’ve messed up the order twice out of past five visits - ugh ;(
Completely messed up our order, when we went to correct them, they told us they have a big order ahead and slammed the window. Very very rude.
