I ordered online so I didn't have to wait there for my food, I walked into the lobby and it was ready for me with no line. The lady at the counter was nice. I appreciate how they wrap the Doordash to go orders. The food was really good, exactly what I ordered. I also enjoy their drink selections.
Customer service was beyond terrible along with staff! Very rude and wait time was extremely long (even though I was the only car in the entire drive thru!) I didn’t even want to write a review because I never do stuff like this but this is the 2nd time that this has happened to me at this White Castle location and it’s the same exact staff working in the drive thru when I’ve come here between the hours of 10pm-12am! This was completely unprofessional and simply unacceptable! Carmen & Drew were the names of the people working the drive thru (they were both equally unprofessional but Drew on the other hand was unnecessarily aggressive, provoking and completely unprofessional!) I’m completely disgusted, disappointed and unsatisfied with their customer service, product & they need to be held accountable!!! That establishment will never get my business again nor would I ever recommend a business that hires people like that to run their company to treats their hard working, loyal customers
Every time I come here they are very very slow. Was only 2 cars ahead of me and took almost a half hour to get through. Food was decent, but it’s White Castle so what do you expect.
