White Alps Cafe

I was looking for a place to meet with someone in the area to talk a little business and have a bite to eat. The coffee was hot, the service was great, and my omelette was delicious.

I don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews, but I also feel like I need to provide my opinion when and where it’s rightfully deserved. When taking the first bite of a prepared meal, it quickly becomes apparent whether or not the individual who’d prepared the meal enjoys what they’re doing. When I was served my food, the quesadilla was already falling apart. It seems like the cooks who’d prepared the meal decided to carelessly throw together some ingredients, and serve it on a plate. They didn’t really seem to care about the quality of the food they were preparing as much as they cared about rushing through their orders as quickly as possible. The salsa tasted like it’d come straight out of a jar instead of being freshly made (which isn’t really asking for much). Lastly, my server didn’t even care to refill my water glass throughout my meal. Not once. I was really disappointed with my experience because I was expecting better than another cardboard, cookie-cut restaurant with (dare I say) chefs
