I hope they were legit out of sweet tea and not just cause they didn't want to make it. Lots of staff. All in the kitchen. Was slow inside but all the tables were dirty. I had to tell them to clean them. Tall kid with the curly hair clearly didn't like dealing with customers. Don't know why I had to ask for ketchup but whatever. He did so I guess that counts. It took a minute to get acknowledged when I walked in. All that is whatever but the overall environment makes me want to take a further bus trip to a better location. I think the place needs a better manager. I think I saw that lady from my last disappointing visit. Were they actually out of tea on Sunday night?
Was treated really bad at the window requested fresh tenders and Andrew the worker smirked at me and told me I had to move up. He then brought me out my order 3 min later.. when I arrived at home it was the same order.. cold and old!!! What burger what happens to you... Very disappointed... Used to really love "My Whataburger"...
Maybe the staff during the day is different, but for me first impressions do make a difference. And unfortunately my first impression wasn't pleasant, having already ordered our food in line, we were waiting for at least 30min for a very simple order. I understand it gets busy, but communication is key, my wife called the establishment to see a update and when we did get our food the young lady had a attitude. Now maybe she had a bad day, I don't know but no apologies for the long wait, and being rude, I won't be giving this establishment my money any time soon.
