Busy location. Clean, yet maintenance not kept up. Not a friendly atmosphere inside, so I chose to go through the drive-through. The line moved at a good pace. The person working the window, of course, was very busy and not very friendly. Not really responding even to good morning or simple courtesies. But doing a good job. My Tequito and hashbrowns were OK, barely warm. It is used to be our favorite Whataburger. Could have been an off day. ????
Drive thru was slow. Whataburger single was to salty for my taste. Otherwise good.
On Saturday September 9th lighting damaged the electrical box near our home so we took a ride to Whataburger, Waxahachie and enjoyed breakfast and coffee. Since my birthday is coming up I had received a free breakfast bowl but it was an online offer only but the manager allowed it to be used in house. Besides that the customer service personnel was quite attentive and placed an order for my husband and I. There were many customers enjoying their time with family and friends. Thank You Dear Father for a relaxing morning at a local restaurant.
