Order online in hopes that it would be quicker than walking in or drive thru as on a short lunch. Not the case. Then to top it off you don't have Texas toast.... food is always pretty good. But if in a hurry just hit the drive thru. That is the #1 priority at least this location.
I go to this location frequently. The quality of service is going downhill. It seems like there is always new people working there. They need to improve training. It is ridiculous for my order to be sitting on the counter for over 5 minutes after it is complete and bagged up, 5 people have looked at it, but none of them will hand it over to the customer because that is not a part of their job. When I finally get my food (which is getting cold) the kid who works counter who was playing grabass with a female worker tells me he is doing his best when I ask why it is taking so long. Hire better employees or just shut it down.
Nolan was super helpful and patient! He was attentive and very on top of things. Despite there being a long line at the drive-thru, he made sure my order was correct and my coupon was applied!
