Whataburger

My partner and I work in the restaurant industry and were extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service this location had. While placing the order the young man kept cutting us off before we could finish what we were saying like he was being inconvenienced. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. He told us to drive forward so we did and paid. The order total changed three times. He handed us one small bag and a drink (which did not complete what we ordered) and closed the window. Him and his coworker were standing at the window talking while we waited trying to get their attention. One young man glanced over at us and walked away. So we just drove off. We called the manager after we realized we were missing more than we thought. She asked if we could come back but we were already on the highway and had somewhere to be. She told us we could come back the next day and pick up the missing items but felt completely brushed off. We work in the industry so we know how it goes. My partne

Service was good and we were glad they were open late since we flew in after most things had closed. However, the food is just so so. There’s so much more a large chain could do to improve the quality of the food but instead they just serve cheap products and focus on the profit margins. Don’t punish the local store for the three stars, do better at the corporate level.

Love the food! The wait sucked but they did upgrade my fries for waiting so long.
