Food quality was typical of Whataburger (pretty good), but service at this restaurant is slow, and all the staff seem as if they were recent hires. There's nothing particularly wrong with this location, but it was just annoyingly slow. Fries are also always cold
PLEASE pay attention. I ordered a simple food item and stated that I would like it plain. Upon getting it, the burger was filled with everything I did not want such as mayo unions and so on. Worst of all, this happens regularly and I am DANGEROUSLY allergic to mustard. Threw away the meal and went elsewhere. Fast food people really fought for 12 an hour, and this is how they show it? Maybe fast food wage should be 5 an hour
The place was clean, and the service staff were polite, professional, and prompt. lRequest extra lettuce and tomatoes because they did not have enough on my burger.
