11 pm and the line couldn't be slower. Your one of the only 24 hr fast food places in the area. Seems like a staffing issue or more like scheduling issue I would imagine. I love whataburger but common. I might as well stay home and make my own "fast food" XD
Horrible service. They made me wait 15 minutes outside and when I got home my order was wrong. It says grill on big letters and I still got fried. Im sure ur employees tried to be funny. Never going back. You lost a customer for life.
Idk what happened to this location.. it USED to be good! no one should have to ask for FRESH food!! We're paying full price so why can't the food we receive be full quality, fresh & hot!! 3rd time in a row...smdh
