Whataburger

I love this location. On my last visit, the individual who took my order might have been the most considerate and polite person I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant before. She made my day, and I got the impression she feels valued and appreciated by her manager.

I ordered 4 number 13's with one extra strip in each and didn't get the extra strip. My 4 combo's were supposed to be large. When we got home we had regular fries. I also ordered 4 cokes and when I got home we find out they are all sweet tea. Very disappointing.

Usually this whataburger has GREAT staff but the lady at the front counter decided she disliked me from the moment I walked in. I ordered 10 sausage and cheese only biscuits (my elderly MIL loves them so I freeze them for her to eat later) on the app at 9:30 for an 11:00 pickup. She griped at me for ordering so many of them so late and now she had to scramble to get it done. I thought by ordering so early I would be giving them plenty of time to make up the order. Then... no napkins, no condiments, no thank you. Too bad. I hope she was only having a difficult morning and not a difficult life. Anyway...MIL lives her sausage biscuits and they were hot and fresh. For lunch, go next door to Popeyes at talk to Sierra the GM. THAT was a great interaction and good chicken tenders!
