I went on my lunch break to only get a cup of ice. I went in the drive thru ( thinking it would be faster) . Waited 30 damn minutes just in line for one large cup of ice. No one came to the window when I pulled up. I kept seeing girls walk back and forth looking at me but they never came to the window. Get in the damn ball Whataburger employees! Pay attention to ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS. Whether they are buying meals for themselves or just a cup of ice, all customers matter. Just ignoring people is definitely not good.
It's been so hot out there. I can get .50 large cup of cold water with ice any time. Today I came in and purchased a biscuit with no cheese and large coffee. Andres took my order. He was great and attentive.
It was super busy when I went there and they seemed to be fast and efficient. Food was flavorful and the place was clean. I really don't know what else to say about fast food joints most people know about. My experience was great
