When you ask for no bacon and they have nerve to try and be funny not only did they add bacon but an insane amount!!!! I called to inform them of the mistake and they very nonchalantly say they’ll remake it! This isn’t the first time I’ve had this same issue with this store!! At this point I’ll never trust them to make my food again EVER!!! This repulsed me!! I hate bacon!!!
I’ve been coming to this Whataburger for 5+ years and recently the service has been terrible. If you want “fast” food look somewhere else or be prepared to spend 30+ mins consistently in the drive through. And don’t be surprised after you wait all that time that they just close the drive through lane after you have already ordered and tell you to get back in line. Absolutely ridiculous all for a single burger and fry.
I ordered a burger and unwrapped it to see a spot of mold on the bottom of my burger bun. If you're eating here please check to make sure yours isn't moldy before eating it.
