Whataburger

Horrible customer service I ordered a burger with cheese which it didn't have. I went back through the drive through and was asked if I wanted the burger to be re-made or just the slice of cheese. I got to the window and was a handed a slice of cold cheese wrapped in a piece of paper. No apologies for the wrong order or anything. I actually gave the food back and requested a refund with still no apology from the manager. My family and I won't be going to this location again and I'll definitely make sure this is on my travel vlog for ALL of my viewers to see!!!!!!!!!!!

Not many chains, big or small are family run anymore. The burger was made fresh. The onion rings were hot and plentiful. I like that they bring napkins and condiments out to you. Would love one in Illinois!

For me, this is my “hometown” Whataburger. It’s the closest to me and the one I go to when I’m in the need for some Whatsburger. Unfortunately, this particular Whataburger is very hit or miss. I don’t know if it has to do with whoever is in the kitchen, but sometimes the food is good and sometimes, I get really rubbery chicken (and yea, this has happened more than once). I won’t rate this place lower because some of the staff is really friendly, and when the food is good, it’s really good. They’re just very inconsistent in the kitchen.
