Whataburger

I’ve never written a bad review but the cashier doing to-go tonight should be called out she was rude the entire time even rolled her eyes when I asked for sauce then shut the widow on me when I tried to ask for straws. After she realized I wasn’t pulling forward and was willing to wait she opened the window and then gave them to me and shut it, once again with an attitude. All of this even after I replied with a yes ma’am and thank you. I’ve been coming at about 1am after work once a week and have always had a pleasant experience even with it late the cashiers have always had manners. I don’t know if it was a bad day she was having or she had a problem but the fact that I got home with the completely wrong order was at what point I decided to write the review as someone who waited in a line and dealt with an attitude it would have been nice to at least have the dinner I ordered.

Very disappointed. Ordered for curbside, should have been ready by 10:20 a.m., received at 10:32 incomplete. Was the new bowl breakfast in a regular small bag carried upright instead of on it's side. Had to wait an additional 7 minutes for my coffee. I go to take the coffee and the lid pops off, coffee all over my hand, in my car and all over my clothes. Hot enough to burn my hand. So far no blisters on my hand but very sore. Girl brought another coffee, no cream or sugar. Have to wait again, brings me a bag of cream and the pink stuff, not sugar. (No i'm not over weight or diabetic). Finally get home at 11 a.m. i live 3.8 miles away. My dog enjoyed my cold breakfast. (Microwave broke, why i went to whataburger).

My favorite Whataburger location amongst others nearby. I can count on my food being fresh and made as requested no matter the time of day. My most visited time is after midnight, the consistency is appreciated.
