This Whataburger was by far the worse meals I have ever purchased by this one in Orange Park. I will never return to this facility. I refuse to call it a restaurant. I will say the girl at the drive-thru window was polite but all 3 meals I purchased was not good at all. That opinion was shared by the other 2 people with the other 2 meals. Also Whataburger, update your online menu because one of the first meals I seen was the mushroom Swiss meal, I was informed at the window they no longer make that meal and haven't for a year now. Wow, that shows the progression of your company
Always check your order. They always seem to forget your dipping sauce and absolutely NEVER put napkins in your bag. I thought it would get better as time went on sine it was a new location, but it's been a long time and nothing has changed. The other day I waited almost 10 minutes for a milkshake and I was there was only one person the the drive thru, I ordered through the app and parked.
Foods always great, well priced. Staff are friendly and inviting. I checked my food and didn’t see my honey butter I ordered (try it, if you read this). I asked the young lady at the window for one. They brought me another. Come to find out it was under everything. I felt like I stole that second one so I thought a good review reflecting the service might even it out. They were one step ahead of me❤️????
