Whataburger

Went through drive thru ordered the meals number 1 & 2 both with shakes. Fries were cold, burgers weren't fresh asked for cheese on one and the cheese wasn't melted. Called store and spoke to a crew member and he wanted to argue and say everything was fresh and refused to let me speak with the Manager and then hung the phone up. Manager called and I explained and she wanted to know the time, I stay less than 5 minutes from the store. Very unprofessional and stated we couldn't get any fresh fries for 45 minutes because they were cleaning their fryers that she could replace the burgers only. Most Whataburgers usually cook burgers and fries fresh. This is the worst experience I've had with this store.

Employee was friendly. I drove 20 miles just to get a burger & I ordered, payed , requested ketchup & salt &! Was told to drive forward to lane A to wait. My cheeseburger was cold . I received NO ketchup & salt & after looking at my receipt, I was charged for medium fries & drink when I ordered a whataburger jr with cheese & small fries & drink & the Diet Coke tasted weird. Won’t go back !

I had to have my burger made 3 times, the cooks don't know what extra grilled onions are. Still my burger was wrong. My fries was cold and greasy. I asked for no salt on my fries or burger. It was so salty. The dining room was filthy, pop spills on floor, had to clean off my own table. No napkin's or straw's stocked. Diet Dr. Pepper out. The crew was not attentive to customers needs, nor did the care. As I was waiting for my burger to be made a second time, people coming up to the counter complaining about their food being wrong. A bad experience all the way around. I dare to ask the manager for my money back, no telling what could of happened
