Waited 30 minutes in line..and got my order, went home n fries were cold! Why is there such a long wait at thos place all the time?? Does not matter what location..it is always a long wait! Spent 30 something ...not my favorite place anymore.will try n avoid this fast (slow) food place!
I really like Whataburger. This store on Saturday 8/6/22 was terrible. The meat patties were not hot. The cheese was not melted. Buns soggy. I knew there was a problem when they brought my food out just a few seconds after I sat down. This location has gotten worse.
Great service and clean dining area, however this location routinely screws me on my "whatasizing." Tonight, for instance, my girlfriend got more fries in her regular order than I got in my large. Pic attached. Happens three times out of five but, honestly, not the end of the world. 99¢ ain't that big a deal but it's definitely disappointing when I forget to check before leaving. EDIT IN 2022: They need to hire more people man. It's always understaffed and way backed up.
