Whataburger

I shoelace the app today. Fast service, but worst food I've ever gotten at Whataburger. I ordered the new BLT. I got a squished, cold sandwich. It said 6 pieces of bacon, but came with crumbles adding up to fewer than 3. I ordered NO ONIONS on the burger, got it loaded with onions.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! A bunch of kids that don’t know what they are doing. Not sure who is running the place but it wasn’t apparent that there was someone. We placed a mobile order and it said that it would be ready between 7:56-7:59pm. We got there a little before and all of the parking spots were taken so we chose the option were we park and put our flashing lights. We were still in view where you could see a car with flashing lights parked from the doors. We were there until 8:25pm and I went in and first no one paid me no attention. Then finally someone came up to the cashier and the kid looked puzzled when I brought up that we were waiting. He said oh it said you were in spot two and I didn’t see you. I informed him when we got there all the spots were taken and we chose the flashing lights option. The kid was just like oh, not knowing what to say. He handed me the cups to fill my drinks. Well if the order was ready and he tried bringing it to us then why weren’t the drinks already fi

Food is good, it’s Whataburger so it’s very hard to mess up. But it’s the “we don’t care” sort of feeling that I get with the customer service or whenever there’s a problem of any sort bug or small, and it happens a bit too often especially with curbside order. Only when the manager is there does it seem to run smoothly, or maybe it’s just luck I don’t know. Sometimes I get things missing from my order or little things like the wrong condiments that I asked for. Like today, I get regular ketchup instead of spicy and I ordered a whole jalapeño but didn’t get it and was charged the measly $0.60 anyway. Not going to flip a table because I didn’t get it but it’s a bit annoying that I sometimes don’t get the things that I actually order. You’ll like the food but this location has very… random levels of service.
