Whataburger

If I could give no starts I would!!! Horrible!! We had came for a quick meal before our next baseball game! Everyone at our table has their food and then they start serving everyone after us?! The cashier said it was because our order was big? Yet we only ordered for 3 people… they forgot our food!!! Then when asking for the manager he doesn’t come for 10 mins. He as well has an excuse!! No apology or gratitude at all ! Not the best service! Then it gets worse! My 7 year old had plastic mixed in his pancakes that he almost swallowed!! Again did we get a sorry?! Or some type of apology!!!! Of course NOT!

Managers are not really friendly, besides to customers, yelled at some employees. GM showed up to work his shift and felt his mustang had to be by the front door, he parked there taking sports from customers while the other employees parked away and across the lot. To meet, this shows how the store is run... Once you walk in, you realize that you're better off waiting in the long drive thru line. Liked like the ice machine hasn't been filled in hours, we had to give our cups to someone to ration out ice. Features: One employee had a mask on. That was the only nice employee that worked there.

The employee with "manager" on his name tag forgot to give me a drink cup when I ordered, and had to be reminded. There were no condiments set out so I had to walk back up to the front where I stood for a couple minutes before an employee walked by and I asked him for bbq sauce. He just stared at me like he had never heard the words bbq sauce before and walked back over and started cleaning the grill. A good location but probably the worst run and managed of the Whataburger chain I have went to.
