This is my favorite whataburger location. Always clean and friendly service. Bella is our favorite manager there. She always goes out of her way to make us feel welcomed and valued as a customer.
I ordered a few meals today while in Katy for an event with my family. Unfortunately, this Whataburger location has no idea what the difference is between a simple one patty whataburger and a triple meat. Needless to say, after driving all the way back to the event I discovered that they packed a regular whataburger instead of my triple meat whataburger I ordered. Had to drive all the way back to pick up the correct item. No apology from management whatsoever. Good thing I don't live on that side of town.
Drive thru is always a 20min wait before you get to even make your order .. I love whataburger but this location is slow
