Didn't have to wait long for our four meals to go. Smiley, genuine quick attention from Z, got us in and out with napkins and plenty of ketchup. He even asked before we walked out the door if everything looked good. Great service, thanks!
This place has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER…. Some lady manager “SHAE” has no customer service at ALL…. She ask me at the window if I had ordered a chicken sandwich or a double cheese burger, I SAID THE DOUBLE “NUMBER 2” she still gives me the chicken sandwich…, My husband had four STROKES, I said NO SALT.,,, what does she do..,,, SALT ON MY FRIES, someone please do something about this This needs to get paid attention by a higher authority I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION, EMPLOYEES SMOKING OUTSIDE AND RUNNING BACK IN TO COOK OR WHAT NO My wife goes inside the restaurant to let “MANAGER SHAE” about the wrong order, wrong fries, she SNATCHED THE FRIES OUT OF MY WIFES HAND AND THREW THEM AWAY IN FRONT OF HER….,, CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALLOWED I WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH CORPORATE FOR THIS….
I was excited to see a Whataburger. Coming from Indiana, I've heard about it, but never experienced it. I ordered breakfast foods because this was my 1st meal of the day (but I wanted to try the burgers). I ordered the honey buttered chicken meal, which came with a hashbrown and small drink. The meal was good. I'd have to rate it average. The portions were smaller than I expected. I really liked the hashbrowns. I should've upgraded to a larger size. Now, my husband's order was larger than he anticipated. He got a double cheeseburger. They were pretty large (in diameter) in comparison to say, McDonald's. I might go back for a burger, just for the southern experience, but to be honest, it's about the same as any other fast-food restaurant. The southern hospitality was on point.
