My husband got the number one and of course it was great as usual. I got the garden salad with grilled chicken and it was so good. This location is really clean, and the lady that took our order is the nicest person in there. Even though they're all nice she was awesome. I wouldn't say that I frequent this whataburger, but it is one I order from semi-often. I made a curbside order at 8 for pick up at 8:15 and was ther from 8:14 until 8:37 when I went inside and asked the girl at the counter when my food would be done (there was a long line and it was super busy, so I understood some wait time might be because of that) and she was just overwhelmed in the front with what seemed like no help. Even when she went back to check on my order she had to grab the bag from a manager who said it'd had already been done. I feel like the manager could have reminded her more polietly and been more courteous with my order. My food was cold when I got it, but I only noticed in my car and it was not worth the hastle of dealing with such a sassy manager so I didn't go back. The girl who made our drinks and the girlat the front counter werevery nice. Bad manager. Every other time I've went the food and service has been great. Food is always nice and the service normally is as well. At this particular Whataburger, an extremely polite young man took my order… my accurate order, at that.???? My first time ordering in Harris County so I was a big surprised by an armed security guard inside the store. Sad how the world has changed.
