Buns were dry and crumbly, no pickles, no napkins, I had to ask for ketchup, fries did not seem fresh. When we got it home we had to add our own pickles. It did not taste like a Whataburger. I should have read the other reviews first.
The staff here today made sure our burgers were quickly corrected and fresh. Thank you, Whataburger team!
Whataburger is one of those place that does not upset ever. It’s just in those random encounters that something upsets you. Maybe the wait is too long or maybe it the rude staff. This location doesn’t have anything noteworthy to mention that discredits the service. Is the service amazing l? No. Is the wait sometimes long? Yes. It’s not 5 stars, but it sure is good. It’s just not consistent. That’s all it missing.
