Not rating 1 star for food. Whataburger is GOAT! But tonight, the ladies in this location’s attitude was so bad. The woman who took my order seemed intoxicated, and when I got my order I didn’t have ketchup. So I politely asked if they had any to give and the woman SCREAMED “YES”, and didn’t give me the ketchup. I proceed to again ask and she gives me ketchup. I leave the location , get home and discover that I do not have the famous GRAVY I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED for my chicken tenders. I’m writing this review on 10/27/2022 @9pm meaning I just left. If anyone is truly reading this, a meeting is definitely needed on tact. I am a born and raised Houston Native, 40 years string and this is the first time I’ve ever felt not welcomed in this establishment. Shame on you Whataburger!
I was being polite trying to place my order in drive thru but the lady was extremely rude from beginning to end. She was yelling at me over and over with a sarcastic, loud and rude tone at everything I was trying to say. I couldn’t even order correctly because she was interrupting and yelling every time, and the order ended up being wrong in the end. Made me feel like I shouldn’t be there ever again. That is no way to talk to people but most importantly in customer service.
Today I went through the drive-thru, ordered. The clerk (Jasmine) was rude (i figured another customer upset her earlier). She yelled at me for ordering a combo and asking for medium. She said, "ALL of the combos come with medium". When I got ready to pay, I was met with two workers (Jasmine and Vanessa) and they deleted my order and started to tell each other, "Oh yeah, she was rude so I deleted it". She then slammed my drink on counter window!. The manager (Christopher) saw everything and stood there amazed. I asked if I could speak with the manager/or Franchise Owner. He told me the info is on receipt. To which I told him I will not be ordering due to two volatile rude customer service clerks. I will not be back until they reprimanded or fired.
