They need to work on their service, the manager Alexis looks always tired, drive through is crazy there's an app to provide easier & more productive way of serving and no option of drive through, they make you get off your car to pick up your order even though there's no line in drive through, when I went inside there was about 4 people with big orders and I was waiting for one meal, I understand there's people infront of me and they're trying to get them first but if there's no line in drive through they should accommodate or at least be complaisant.
Anybody who goes first thing you need to check if the foods fresh, burger was dry this soft and cold and second make sure your order is correct. This place use to be good like 5 or 6 yrs ago when I use to come over here all the time but ever since management changed this place is trash. If you gonna go to whataburger just go to the one on I-10
CAN YOU START SECURING THE D FOOD SO THE DOORDASH PPL CAN STOP STEALING IT!!! I WANT MY $40 PLUS TIP BACK FROM SOMEBODY!! I have a receipt, DRINKS, EMPTY BAG WITH NO FOOD!!! I have the license plate# WISH THEY COULD GO TO JAIL FOR THIS!! STEALING IS STEALING NO MATTER HOW YOU DO IT!!! THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME EITHER
