Whataburger

This was the 2nd time I've been to this location. The 1st time was bad because I was inside to take my order. I ordered before another person. That person got their order and dined in and left before I received my order. This time around I was in drive thru and I never got the chance to give my order without them interrupting me. After I told them my order, they still got it wrong trying to rush me. I had no time to go back for them to correct it. It'll be a while before I go back to this location even though this is the closest one home. I had to give this place a star just to get this review in the system for everyone to see.

I'm usually never disappointed with whataburger but this location needs improvement despite my order being correct on my receipt my food was made wrong I absolutely hate mustard and asked for no mustard and guess what, I got mustard ????????‍♂️ couldn't even eat lunch I had to throw it away and starve until I got home because I didn't have time to stop anywhere else during work and inside the lobby they have a fly infestation problem that needs to be addressed immediately

Food took 40+ minutes. Order was wrong. Confirmed order with girl at window. Still got order wrong. Then had to pay for the food that was missing. Had to wait another 20 minutes for the rest of my kids order. No apologies given. Will not come back.
