Terrible service . Went 6:30 am on Nov 12.waited over 10 mins and only 2 cars were in front of me. Then my meal was old bun was all hard and cheese not even melted. I would not choose this WhataBurger Others yes but quility of service and taste of food is well below average . I presume the manager was the white bald gentleman I saw. But not once he say sorry for the wait. No one did. And if he thinks these wait times are acceptable then they need a. New manager cause he don't care.
Drive thru person was in such a rush they can’t get your order correct them when you tell them it’s wrong all they did was say sorry and close the window. Food is good but service sucks.
I ordered online to avoid waiting. I’ve done it before and still had to wait. So now I ordered 17 min before arriving. App said 7 min. I finally got there. Still had to wait another 10 min to get my order 27 mins later for 1 meal. Yea they upped the size on my onion rings but come on.
