Spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter to take my order, and a total of 25 minutes waiting for my food, 4 Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits, Hash Brown & Large Fries, chicken over cooked and rest of the order cold. When food was given and I made it to my car, the cashier ran out to inform me they gave me the wrong order so I ended up waiting an additional 12 minutes. This is not the 1st time that I have had a bad experience, which I stopped going there for a long time! Last time my order they messed up was 2 Whataburgers with mayo instead of mustard, large fries, Large Fanta or Big Red with light ice & a large shake. When I made it home my burgers had no meat, I immediately called and talked to the manager and was told to bring the food back and they would replace it or refund me. Gas prices through the roof and they didn't have the decency to replace my food for free and refund me since I wasted my gas and time!!!!
Went with my boyfriend last night and the girl at the window named Gloria was amazing ! Super nice with us when we were having trouble with our card she was very patient and helped us ! Also made sure we had napkins and that our food was still hot ! Loved her personality
My burger was amazing as always. It just wasn’t what I ordered. ????
