Whataburger

Food was good. Customer service was majorly lacking. Placed an order online to pick up and dine-in. We waited over 30 minutes for the food only to find out they forgot to be making it. The two guys in the back were standing around doing nothing and I watched one pick up and eat fries directly out of the place they are dumped into. GROSS! Manager didn’t seem concerned about anything. When there is hardly any customers in the restaurant, you’d expect better.

This place is open 24 hours and is very convenient to satisfy a late night meat craving. The burgers are always good. As are the chicken sandwiches. This last time we had two dogs in the car, and when the server at the window saw them he enthusiastically offered ice cream. Pup cup he called it. We appreciated this kind gesture very much. Thanks.

At this Whataburger, If they send you to the B lane, it means the drivers behind you will receive their order first. I've had this happen a couple times even when I'm ordering quick breakfast items. I ordered a cinnamon roll once and it was dry and hard. On another occasion, I sat in the line for 20 minutes, arrived at the order box about 5 minutes after 11 and they refused to take my breakfast order. Every time I go through this drive thru, I'm reminded that I've told myself not to use this particular Whataburger.
