Whataburger

I have always been a huge fan of Whataburger! I’ve gone to this one since they opened it. In the last few years the service and food quality has gone way down. Usually small mistakes happen and I get it, busy plus young staff human error will happen. But tonight makes me want to avoid this store from now on. I ordered dinner for my family and myself. I ordered a Whataburger with bacon and cheese only. I got home and got my wife and kids food settled and then went to eat to discover there was NO BURGER PATTY!! Literally just a bun, ketchup, cheese, and bacon. I was in utter shock. This location needs some serious help.

I think Whataburgers are the best or close to the best burgers there is. My favorites from this location are the Whataburger special Patty Melt and Mushroom Swiss burger. Excellent selection of sauces as well, so tasty. Only regret is that these sauces come with a price, so Whataburger need to find a way to make them free of charge, as the burgers are a bit pricier than the other chains. Edit: There's no Mushroom swiss burger anymore, and not only that, no mushroomsto add in either! Don't know why they changed their favorites and brought in some bacon burgers! - Tried their limited time special chilli cheese burger. Its just superb, with a burst of flavors. Its a bit too heavy specially because of the 2 patties, and so i would recommend having a junior chilli cheese burger with 1 patty option.

Food was good Took 20 mins to get through drive through With only two cars in front of me. Upon opening my bag I had no utensils to eat my Biscuits and gravy Store Attitudeis poor and staff just doesn't care. Will not be returning to this specific location again. I'll drive miles away to get better service or just eat at the competition Sad because I really like the food.
