There are several locations to choose from but you can always count on friendly service, great tasting burgers and clean facilities no matter which restaurant you visit.
Went with my son for lunch today. My son has a particular way he likes his hamburger which was requested. The employee taking our order, Alexa was very friendly and correctly took our order. Once the order was given to us we checked to make sure my son's order was accurate and unfortunately it was not. I walked back and Alexa was very kind, understanding, and apologetic. She returned less than 2 min later with the item correct and showed empathy and was just pleasant overall. Wonderful experience.
Whataburger never lets me down, food is always freshly made, it's a little more wait but it's worth it. My mom had a little issue with her card when we stopped by & the manager helped her through it without ever getting upset, the staff is always nice.
