Drive thru just now. Ordered breakfast platter and a HBC biscuit on the side. They struggled taking the order and confused about what they had available or not. Charged me for 2 meals. When I mentioned the incorrect charge they ignored me and sent me forward so they can handle the cars behind me. Brought out the food with no option to correct the charges. Opening the platter and the eggs are burnt, no utensils or napkins, and missing the extra things I was charged for.... Im so unimpressed.
Good service always and they always have our order ready as soon as we get there.
I personally love whataburger. The burguers are always good and its normally fast. This place was decently clean in comparison to others I have gone, wish is always a big thing for me.
