Whataburger

Dalton gave us a smile and friendly greeting when we entered. He helped with us ordering, and he served our food quickly and accurately! Our Whataburger Jr. and onion rings were served hot and delicious! We love this Whataburger exclusively because they are consistently great!!

Today was my first time in my life eating at a Whataburger. I’m originally from Florida and we don’t have them there. By far one of the best experiences I had in drivethru. All thanks to Justyn F. Who had a calm peaceful voice and gave me my options. He was excited and energetic. I don’t stop to compliment people at all. But I had to. He should be recognized. Good managerial skills. He even spoke about the Whataburger family with pride and listed it’s values. Credit is given when credit is due. ????????????????????????????????

Came in at 7pm on 10/1/22. The service I was provided with was outstanding. The gentleman upfront Drew was very polite and professional. When I asked for tea from the back, he checked and realized there was no more tea upfront. He immediately went back and brought the brewed fresh tea out. As I sat and ate my meal I heard a supervisor ask him to start cleaning the lobby, with no hesitation he immediately started cleaning. As customers came in he would take their orders then get back to cleaning. I was very impressed with his work ethic for being so young. You are lucky to have Drew as an employee. I hope you take care of him and see what I did. I took the time to write this review just incase he is not shown appreciation, as in most work environments supervisors forget to take a employee aside and let them know how great they are.
